More like Awkward Nobbs, am I right
Saw Albert Nobbs tonight. Great movie. GREAT movie. But, I didn’t particularly enjoy the character of Albert Nobbs, what with all the lurking around corners and constantly looking like a creepy ghost. Did they give Glenn the nom because she’s spent like 15 years trying to make this movie? And cause she dress like a MAN? I do not think her portrayal of a possible autism spectrum repressed OCD/PTSD woman in drag was enough to knock my TILDY off the list. Damn you, Close! Cuts so deep. However, Janet McTeer was AMAZING and she has a great rack, just sayin.
